Our juice chef and personal trainer Ixchel Mendoza is at the blender again with another delicious recipe. This tart and sweet juice blend is perfect after a workout. All the ingredients are loaded with water and electrolytes. The watermelon has the added benefit of potassium to soothe those overworked muscles.


Post-Workout Refresher

1 cup cut watermelon

Juice from 1⁄2 a lime

1 small persian cucumber

2-3 large sweet basil leaves

2 ice cubes of water


Blend until smooth. Optional: Garnish with watermelon slice.
